Team SuperSteam celebrates the 2015 Mid-Autumn Festival with an assortment of delicious baked and snow-skin flavoured mooncakes, and traditional Chinese tea. The team members learnt about the history and significance of celebrating Mid-Autumn festival (华人如何庆中秋) and a traditional folklore, The story of Chang-E (嫦娥奔月的故事) while sampling the various samples. This year’s favourite, include the snow-skin fruit flavoured mooncakes featuring seasonal delights such as mango and durian, along with the double-yolk lotus paste baked delights from leading hotels and confectioneries.
