Team SuperSteam was privileged to host Ms Silvia Wetherell, a certified counseller with over 7 years of experiences to conduct a talk on Mental Health (Managing Conflicts) (冲突管理座谈会).

Ms Wetherell helms from Portugal, and received her psychological degree from Monash University, with formal training in London, UK. Her areas of expertise includes self-care, handling difficult emotions, managing stress, dealing with anxiety and worrying; and effective communications.

During the hour long discussion, Ms Wetherell covered topics that includes ‘Understand various causes of conflicts through communications’ and ‘Discovering communications and conflict management strategies and techniques’, followed by a delicious bento dinner set for all attendees.
