The short answer is NO. Do Not Mix Chemicals!
Mixing chemicals is not recommended as some active ingredients will be neutralised. In the worst cases, toxic gases might be released.
For example, anionic surfactants neutralise cationic surfactants. Many degreasers or alkaline cleaners contain anionic surfactants which neutralise cationic surfactants found in many disinfectants (e.g. Pine cleaner). Therefore, the mixed chemicals will neither clean nor disinfect very well.
Beware of Bleach
Bleach (sodium hypochlorite) cannot be mixed with most chemicals. Mixing bleach with acid, ammonia or alcohol will release chlorine gas which is toxic and can be very hazardous.
