The Job Scope
- Assist the Directors in all duties - office administration - sales - customer service - operations - Execute special projects - marketing - events - internet - sales - new products
The Ideal Candidate should possess the following: - A good diploma / degree from local polytechnic / university - Fresh graduates and diploma holders without working experience are welcomed - Good command of written and spoken English (critical pre-requisite) - Willingness to work hard (Your abilities will be stretched) - Responsible, focused and able to meet deadlines - Computer savvy (Internet, Excel, Word) - Fast leaner and adapt at multi-tasking - Intelligent with good memory - Live in East - Strictly Singaporean/PR only - Able to start work immediately appreciated - Class 3 license will be a plus

Administrative Coordinators
The Job Scope Support Operations- Prepare daily operations schedules - Prepare invoices/DO (MYOB) - Filing of documents - Monitor outstanding issues and out-of-stock items - Handle telephone and email enquiries - Enter and maintain customer database - Other associated administrative duties The Ideal Candidate should possess the following: - Polytechnic Diploma (Fresh Diploma holders welcome) - Good command of written and spoken English (critical pre-requisite) - Customer Oriented - Computer savvy (Internet, Excel, Word, etc.) - Enjoy admin and coordination work - Fast worker who adapts well to dynamic environment - Responsible, focused, organised and able to meet deadlines - Live in eastern part of Singapore - Strictly Singaporean/PR only - Able to handle Chinese clients a plus - Minimum 3 years admin experience for non-Poly diploma - Fresh Polytechnic Diploma holders without experience welcome
